（路透布達佩斯14日電）聯合國難民事務高級專員公署（UNHCR）今天表示，每個國家都有權利保護自己的邊界，不過仍對匈牙在毗鄰塞爾維亞邊界上築起圍籬可能限制難民尋求庇護的權利，表示關切。

難民署發言人西蒙（Erno Simon）說：「我們承認，每個國家都有權以其認為必要的工具和方法來保護自己的邊界。」
